Department of Crop Management is functioning with multidisciplinary activities viz., teaching on soil testing and nutrient management, field and crop management, water stress, nutritional deficiency, role of microbes in eco system, soil and water pollution management, technology in the management of livestock, poultry, goat and piggery.

  • Recording the reading of different instruments and interpretation of weather data collected from the B- Class meteorological observatory.
  • Technical identification of external parts of the dairy cattle and birds, study dentition and defining the age of farm animals.
  • Restraining methods and appliances used for farm animals.
